Reserve a Suite

Your booking is confirmed the moment you submit it — the confirmation email lands in your inbox within a minute, and our team in Roppongi is notified at the same time. On the night, just give your name at the door; your suite will be ready.

Your confirmation email lists your date, time and party size, plus the address and our direct phone number in case you need to reach us on the night. There is no prepayment, no deposit, and no card details required to hold the booking. You settle the full ¥18,000 per guest at the venue, in cash or by major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB), at the end of your session.

If your confirmation hasn't arrived within a few minutes, please check your spam folder first — a small number of corporate inboxes filter out reservation emails. If it's not there, drop us a quick line by phone or email and we'll resend it.

Plans change — we get it. Free cancellation and free date or time changes are available up to twenty-four hours before your booked arrival time. Reply to your confirmation email, or message us via your preferred channel, and we'll release the suite back into availability the same day.

Cancellations made inside the twenty-four-hour window carry a charge of ¥9,000 per guest (50% of the package). Because we host only three parties per night, a late cancellation usually means an empty suite — covering half the package lets us keep the door policy fair to other guests on the waitlist.

No-shows are charged the full ¥18,000 per guest. If you're running late on the night, just message us — as long as we hear from you before 23:30, we'll do our best to honor the booking with a shortened session.

LUNE occupies the sixth and seventh floors of Power House Roppongi, a small mixed-use building at 7-12-3 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo 106-0032. The lounge is a two-minute walk from Roppongi Station (Tokyo Metro Hibiya line and Toei Oedo line) — leave via Exit 3, walk one block down Roppongi-dori toward Tokyo Midtown, and you'll see the building entrance on your right.

From Roppongi-itchome Station (Tokyo Metro Namboku line), it's a six-minute walk through the ARK Hills development. From Azabu-juban Station (Namboku / Oedo lines), eight minutes uphill. A taxi from the Park Hyatt Tokyo or any Shinjuku hotel takes fifteen to twenty minutes after 21:00 and runs roughly ¥2,500. From Tokyo Station, allow twenty-five minutes and around ¥3,500.

English-speaking staff are at the door from 19:45. If the entrance feels confusing on your first visit — taxi drivers occasionally pull up at the wrong side of the building — call the number on your confirmation email and we'll walk out to meet you. Hotel concierges in Roppongi, Akasaka, Shibuya, and Ginza can pre-book a taxi to our address on request; just show them your confirmation email.
