What happens after you reserve
Once you send your reservation request, our team in Roppongi receives it instantly. A staff member reviews availability against the two other suites for that night, then writes back to confirm — by email, usually within an hour during business hours (20:00–02:00 JST), and within twelve hours for any request that lands while we're closed.
Your confirmation email lists your suite assignment, the arrival time, the address with a Google Maps link, and a direct contact in case you need to reach us on the night. There is no prepayment, no deposit, no card details required to hold the booking. You settle the full ¥18,000 per guest at the venue, in cash or by major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB), at the end of your session.
If your confirmation hasn't arrived after twelve hours, please check your spam folder first — a small number of corporate inboxes filter out reservation emails. If it's not there, drop us a quick line via Telegram, LINE, or phone and we'll resend it.
